Kristin School is a co-educational, non-denominational, independent school on Auckland’s North Shore. It provides education for more than 1800 students from Early Learning to Year 13, with dual pathways through NCEA and the International Baccalaureate programme. Kristin is dedicated to its motto and values; progress with vision, integrity and love.
We seek an innovative leader to oversee the safe and effective delivery of our diverse EOTC programmes, ranging from Early Childhood Education (ECE) to Year 13. Reporting to the Executive Principal, you will ensure the highest standards of safety and quality across all EOTC activities, including year-level camps, the Duke of Edinburgh programme, and our unique journey’s programme. You will collaborate closely with EOTC Coordinators and be supported by an experienced EOTC systems specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading EOTC at Kristin to provide a wide range of activities from ECE to Year 13
- Keep Kristin at the ‘leading edge” with innovative EOTC offerings
- Maintain and update the EOTC safety management system
- Supporting staff in planning and executing EOTC trips and activities
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, families, and external providers to deliver safe and outstanding EOTC experiences.

This role is full-time during school terms and will require some work during term breaks; however, flexibility and salary can be discussed and negotiated. This role comes with a work laptop and mobile phone.
