The opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi
Based in Albany, Kristin School is an independent, co-educational, non-denominational school with more than 1800 students from Early Learning to Year 13. Kristin has over 350 staff from our Early Childhood Centre to our Senior School, and is guided by the strong values of progress, vision, integrity and love.
Our small, dedicated HR team requires administrative support for the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, offboarding and HR collateral. This role is responsible for producing employment documentation and maintaining accurate employee records to ensure compliance and confidentiality. Systems we use include Bamboo HR, Ready Employ ATS, Google docs and support payroll with Datapay.
This newly created role, reports to the Director of Human Resources, and is based onsite at the school in Albany. Flexibility through the school holidays can be discussed as an option.

We are seeking a team player with a great sense of humour with the following skills:
- Experience as a HR Administrator or similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Highly proficient with digital systems
- Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal
- Passion for working with people and desire to work in a school environment.
