Kristin School is a co-educational, non-denominational, independent school on Auckland’s North Shore. It provides education for over 1800 students from Early Learning to Year 13, with dual pathways through NCEA and the International Baccalaureate programme. We seek an inspiring and innovative Technology teacher for our Middle School. Ideally, the successful applicant will have a specialist in hard tech and a desire to be creative and innovative with middle school students. You will work with a dedicated team to develop your professional practice via a collaborative-based professional development programme.  This role requires a commitment to the school’s co-curricular programme and attending Camp Week on an annual basis.  

Important Skills | Nga Pūkenga Motuhake 

This role requires an experienced technology teacher who is knowledgeable in technology, product, spatial, graphic design and hard materials. This role focuses on the Middle School Years 7 to 10, so ideally, you will have experience with the MYP (Middle Years Programme). You will be passionate about innovative student initiatives and committed to student health and safety. As a creative person, you will be experienced with design programmes, laser cutters and 3D printers.
